Our Ho.Re.Ca. single-serve pouch follows the traditional recipe with guanciale, tomato, Pecorino Romano PDO, white wine, and chili pepper. Ready whenever you want—bringing the authentic taste of classic Italian cooking.

for Use
In Skillet: Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a pan large enough to hold the product comfortably. Add the product while still frozen, cover, and cook over high heat for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally. 6-7 minuti, mescolando di tanto in tanto.
In Microwave: Pour the still-frozen contents into a microwave-safe container, cover, place in the center of the microwave, and cook for 6 minutes 6 minuti at 750W. Stop and stir, then resume cooking until you reach a total of 9 minutes. 9 minuti previsti.
