Fettuccine Alfredo is an Italian dish that became famous thanks to the United States. This creamy plate was created by a Roman restaurateur who wanted something gentle yet flavorful for his wife—and it went on to become a true classic overseas. It’s still made the traditional way: high-quality butter, a touch of cream, plenty of grated Parmigiano, and a sprinkle of black pepper. And of course, fresh fettuccine—perfect for holding the rich sauce and delivering a comforting bite every time.

for Use
Cook before eating.
In Skillet: Add 2 tablespoons of water to a pan large enough to hold the product comfortably. Add the product while still frozen, cover, and cook over high heat for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In Microwave: Pour the still-frozen contents into a microwave-safe container, cover, place in the center of the microwave, and cook for 6 minutes at 750W. Stop and stir, then resume cooking until you reach a total of 9 minutes.
