It blends tradition with the benefits of a natural, wholesome ingredient rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals—perfect for anyone who wants to eat well without giving up great flavor.

for Use
Cook before eating.
In Skillet: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan large enough to hold the product comfortably. Add the product while still frozen, cover, and cook over high heat for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In Microwave: Pour the still-frozen contents into a microwave-safe container, cover, place in the center of the microwave, and cook for 6 minutes at 750W. Stop and stir, then resume cooking until you reach a total of 9 minutes.
