Our version uses high-quality ingredients and keeps the dish’s signature taste: ridged tortiglioni capture the rich egg-and-cheese sauce made with Pecorino Romano PDO, smoked pancetta, and a touch of black pepper. Big flavor, simple ingredients, real craft.

for Use
Cook before eating.
In Skillet: Add 2 tablespoons of water and the still-frozen product to a pan large enough to hold it comfortably. Cook over high heat for 6–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In Microwave: Pour the still-frozen contents into a microwave-safe container, cover, place in the center of the microwave, and cook for 5 minutes at 750W. Stop and stir, then resume cooking until you reach a total of 8 minutes.
Note: Cooking times may vary based on microwave wattage.
