With just a few simple ingredients, this dish delivers intense flavor. Thick tonnarelli pasta, with its rough surface, is perfect for creamy sauces, paired with a rich blend of black pepper and aged pecorino. One bite can take you straight to the Roman countryside.
Our version is made with our own fresh pasta, tossed in a creamy Pecorino Romano PDO cheese sauce and finished with an inviting touch of black pepper—an homage to Roman tradition and to the beauty of simplicity.
Directions
for Use
Cook before eating.
In Skillet: Add 3–4 tablespoons of water and the still-frozen product to a pan large enough to hold it comfortably. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Uncover and cook for about 2 more minutes. Turn off heat and let rest 1 minute with the lid on before serving.
In Microwave: Pour the still-frozen contents into a microwave-safe container, cover, place in the center of the microwave, and cook for 5 minutes at 750W. Stop and stir, then resume cooking until you reach a total of 8 minutes. Let rest 1 minute with the lid on before serving.
Note: Cooking times may vary based on microwave wattage.
