On 26 November 2024, the agreement regarding the transfer of ownership of Gelit Srl has officially been finalized: the italian company becomes part of Orange Capital Development, through the investment vehicle Wealth Venture Fund Sicar SA. An operation whose primary objective is to fully support the ambitious development plan of Gelit, both in the domestic and international markets.
