Just like every year, in 2024 our Plenary was an essential opportunity to feel more involved, more aware, and closer to one another. 2024 has been a year of many changes for our company; changes that have affected every area and every sector. We have proudly and officially become a “BCorp” (confirming the commitment of every one of us when it comes to sustainability), and we have continued working to become more stable and responsible, as shown by the change in ownership just a few weeks ago, which means we can now improve our growth targets and continue to look to the future with confidence.
Davide Salvatore, CEO of Orange Capital Development and new owner of Gelit, was at our annual event, bringing his best wishes to everyone in the company, who gave him a warm welcome on this important day.
One of the key moments of our 2024 Plenary was the presentation of our “Manifesto”. This represents the values and ideals that guide what we do, the very foundation on which we build, day after day, the special “family” that makes Gelit greater, and more and more united.
