Carbonara shows the power of simple ingredients—and the real craft behind traditional cooking. Our version is inspired by the original recipe, with a “cream” made from eggs, guanciale, black pepper, and flavorful Pecorino Romano PDO. We pair it with tortiglioni, whose shape holds the sauce perfectly.
This iconic Roman dish is now loved worldwide—so much so it even has a dedicated international day. Our Ho.Re.Ca. single-serve pouch is a bold, satisfying option for anyone short on time but not willing to compromise on a great first course.
Directions
for Use
Cook before eating.
In Skillet: Place the still-frozen product in a pan with 2 tablespoons of water, cover, and cook over medium heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In Microwave: Place the pouch with the valve facing up and cook for 5 minutes at 750W. Shake the pouch, pour into a plate, and let rest 2 minutes before serving.
